Welcome, everyone! In today’s world, finding time for wellness can feel like an ongoing challenge. Between the demands of work, family, stress, and everything else on our plates, it’s easy for self-care to fall to the bottom of the list.


Often, we’re left feeling disconnected, drained, or unsure of how to bring more balance and energy into our lives.


But here’s the good news: wellness doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. It isn’t about just following a strict routine or setting rigid goals; it’s about creating a vision—a clear, personalized path that reflects what truly matters to you.


When you approach wellness as a vision instead of a checklist, you can make meaningful, lasting changes that bring you closer to a life that feels balanced, energizing, and genuinely fulfilling.


Today, we’ll dive into a set of tools and strategies that will help you create a wellness vision that’s unique to you. Together, we’ll explore how to define your core values, set intentional goals, and build sustainable habits that will help you live in alignment with the life you want.


By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a roadmap—a vision that guides your choices, brings you clarity, and helps you feel more grounded and purposeful each day.

If You Could Wake Up Tomorrow With One New Healthy Habit?

Before we dive into the content, I’d love to kick things off with a quick, fun icebreaker to get us all thinking.


  • Here’s the question: “If you could wake up tomorrow with one new healthy habit, no effort required, what would it be?”


Take a moment to think about that one healthy habit you’d love to have effortlessly. Maybe it’s a daily meditation, a consistent workout routine, or the ability to cook nourishing meals with ease. Whatever it is, I’d love to hear it!


As you think about it I’ll start us off.

  1. Consistently Getting Enough Sleep: Many people struggle with maintaining a regular sleep schedule amidst their busy lives. Waking up tomorrow with a habit of getting 7-9 hours of restful sleep every night, without any extra effort, could greatly improve overall well-being, including energy levels, mood, and cognitive function.

  2. Daily Meditation Practice: Meditation is a powerful habit for reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity, but it can be difficult to establish consistently. Having the automatic habit of dedicating 10-15 minutes each day to meditation could lead to improved focus, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of peace.

Now that we’ve set the stage let’s dive into the heart of today’s workshop, where we’ll focus on creating a wellness vision that brings balance, energy, and purpose into your daily life. We’re going to explore a range of thoughtful approaches.


These strategies are designed to be simple, sustainable, and easy to integrate into your routine—no matter what life throws your way.
