Because for Black women especially, wellness is rarely just about food and fitness.

Instead of asking you to detox harder, restrict more, or start over again, this program helps you come back to the foundations that help the body feel safe, supported, and able to thrive: nourishing food, hydration, movement, better sleep, daily rhythm, and simple wellness habits that can actually last.

Hi, I’m Donna Williams, Certified Holistic Health Coach and founder of Holistic BP Health.

I help women of color, especially Black women, support healthy blood pressure, heart wellness, and total well-being through practical, culturally aware lifestyle changes.
My work blends holistic health, science, and lived experience to help women care for themselves in ways that are realistic, respectful, and rooted in long-term wellness.
I believe Black women deserve health support that goes deeper than surface-level advice.
The Spring Reset grew out of my own experience of realizing how deeply winter had taken a toll on my energy, digestion, movement, and sleep, and how much easier healing felt when I worked with the rhythms of spring instead of fighting against myself.

Question: Is this a detox or cleanse?
Answer: No. The spring reset does not rely on restrictive food rules, juice fasts, or supplements marketed as quick fixes. Instead, it supports your body’s natural detoxification systems through hydration, nourishing meals, movement, rest, and daily habits that are actually sustainable.
Question: Will this work if I don’t want to give up cultural foods?
Answer: Yes. In fact, this program is designed with that in mind. You’ll learn how to support your health while still honoring your palate, your traditions, and the meals that feel familiar and meaningful.
Question: Is this for Black women only?
Answer: The program is open to all women, but it was intentionally created with Black women and women of color in mind, especially those seeking culturally aware wellness support.
Question: Is this a weight loss program?
Answer: The primary goal is to help you feel better in your body by improving the foundations that influence energy, digestion, bloating, cravings, sleep, and consistency. Weight changes may happen, but they are not the sole focus.
